James from VanHoose plumbing promptly came out, looked at job and provided an estimate. Once I approved, he quickly communicated that he was sending 811 out to check underground utilities and delivered materials. He installed an additional sump pump, basin, and ran new drainage pipe out to the ditch. He sent progress pictures during job and walked job with me when he finished. I’m very happy with his work, communication, and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs.

On Saturday, I had a water leak in our home near the main valve. Fortunately, I was able to isolate the leak at the main valve. Unfortunately, water for the whole home was shut down. I utilized Buzick’s plumbers list which they hand out at their checkout counter. I started at the top and called all 10 plumbers listed on this list. Obviously, I needed the leak repaired on the weekend and left 8 messages and 1 number no longer in service. The only one who took my call on Saturday was James Vanhoose, who is at the bottom of the alphabetical list. The other 8 plumbers did not even call me back on Saturday, Sunday, or the following workdays. James repaired the water leak on Sunday morning. James’s workmanship and professionalism are excellent! If you need a plumber, don’t call the whole Buzick Plumbers List - just call James Vanhoose!
